Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the momofish app ("the app", "we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to use the app under the laws of your country. The app is not intended for children below the minimum age required by your local law.

2. User-Generated Content & Zero Tolerance

You are solely responsible for the content you create (including drawings, names, descriptions, and interactions). You must not upload or post any prohibited content, and you must not harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of operating the service.

3. Moderation, Reporting & Blocking

• Submitted names/text are screened by automated content moderation.
• You can report objectionable content from within the app, and block abusive users so you no longer see their content.
• You can remove your own posts at any time in the app.
• We review reports of objectionable content and, where warranted, remove the content and eject the offending user within 24 hours.

4. Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases (membership and coin packs). Coins ("fishballs") are virtual items with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple; request refunds through Apple. Non-consumable purchases can be restored via "Restore Purchases".

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, and remove content, if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for content posted by users or for indirect or consequential damages.

本用户协议("协议")约束你对摸鱼鱼("本应用""我们")的使用。使用本应用即表示你同意本协议;若不同意,请勿使用。

一、使用资格

你须达到所在国家/地区法律规定、可订立有效合同并使用本应用的年龄。本应用不面向低于当地法律规定最低年龄的儿童。

二、用户生成内容与零容忍

你对自己创建的内容(包括画作、名称、简介与互动)负全部责任。你不得上传或发布任何被禁止的内容,也不得骚扰、威胁或辱骂其他用户。

你发布内容,即授予我们一项非独占、全球范围、免版税的许可,以在应用内为运营目的托管、展示与分发该内容。

三、审核、举报与屏蔽

• 提交的名称/文本会经过自动内容审核。
• 你可在应用内举报违规内容,并屏蔽滥用用户,使其内容不再对你展示。
• 你可随时在应用内删除自己发布的内容。
• 我们会处理违规内容举报,并在必要时于 24 小时内移除该内容并封禁违规用户。

四、购买

本应用提供可选内购(会员与鱼丸礼包)。鱼丸(fishballs)为无货币价值的虚拟道具,不可兑换现金或转让。付款与退款由苹果处理,退款请通过苹果申请;非消耗型购买可通过"恢复购买"找回。

五、终止

若你违反本协议,我们可暂停或终止你的访问并移除相关内容。你也可随时在设置中删除账号。

六、免责声明

本应用按"现状"提供,不作任何明示或默示担保。在法律允许的最大范围内,我们不对用户发布的内容或间接、后果性损失承担责任。
