Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the momofish app ("we", "the app") collects, how it is used, and your choices. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Game Center identifier — we use your Apple Game Center player ID (a stable, scoped identifier) as your account identity. We do not receive your Apple ID, real name, email, or phone number from Game Center.
• Content you create — the fish you draw, the nicknames and descriptions you enter, and your in-app interactions (feeding, poking, likes). Drawn fish are public within the app's shared ocean.
• Purchase information — when you buy a membership or coin pack, Apple processes the payment. We receive a transaction identifier and a per-user token (an app-generated UUID) to deliver your purchase and handle refunds. We never receive your card or payment details.
• Push notification token — if you enable notifications, we store your device push token to send you notifications.
• Technical data — IP address (for uploads and abuse prevention) and basic device/log data.
• Support contact — if you email us, we receive your email address and message.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the game (accounts, drawing, the shared ocean, interactions, daily rewards).
• To process in-app purchases and restore/refund entitlements.
• To send notifications you have enabled, and to show in-app messages.
• To keep the community safe (content moderation, handling reports, preventing abuse).
• To show advertising (to non-members).

3. Third-Party Services

• Apple — Game Center, In-App Purchase (StoreKit), and Push Notifications (APNs).
• Google AdMob — serves ads and may collect device identifiers to deliver and measure ads. See Google's policy: policies.google.com.
• Alibaba Cloud (Aliyun) — nickname/text you submit is sent to Aliyun Content Moderation to detect prohibited content; images you draw are stored on Alibaba Cloud OSS.

4. Advertising

The app shows ads to non-members via Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Members do not see ads. Ad identifiers may be used per your device's tracking settings; you can limit ad tracking in iOS Settings.

5. Children

The app is not directed to children under the age required by your local law (e.g., 13 in the U.S.). We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account in Settings. Deleting your account removes your account and the fish you drew; coins and drawings cannot be recovered afterwards. Membership can be restored via "Restore Purchases" (tied to your Apple ID). Some records may be retained as required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

7. Your Choices

• Enable/disable notifications in the app's Settings or iOS Settings.
• Delete your account in the app's Settings.
• Limit ad tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.

本隐私政策说明摸鱼鱼(以下称"本应用""我们")收集哪些信息、如何使用,以及你的选择。使用本应用即表示你同意本政策。

一、我们收集的信息

• Game Center 标识 —— 我们以你的 Apple Game Center 玩家标识(稳定、受限范围的标识)作为账号身份。我们不会从 Game Center 获取你的 Apple ID、真实姓名、邮箱或电话。
• 你创建的内容 —— 你画的鱼、填写的昵称与简介,以及互动记录(投喂、戳一戳、喜欢)。你画的鱼会在应用的共享海洋中公开展示。
• 购买信息 —— 你购买会员或鱼丸礼包时,由苹果处理付款。我们仅收到交易标识和一个按用户生成的令牌(UUID),用于发货与退款处理;我们不会收到你的银行卡或支付信息。
• 推送令牌 —— 如你开启通知,我们会保存设备推送令牌以便向你发送通知。
• 技术数据 —— IP 地址(用于上传与防滥用)及基础设备/日志数据。
• 客服联系 —— 如你发邮件给我们,我们会收到你的邮箱地址与内容。

二、信息的使用

• 提供与运营游戏(账号、画鱼、共享海洋、互动、每日奖励)。
• 处理内购,以及恢复/退款相关权益。
• 发送你已开启的通知,并展示应用内消息。
• 维护社区安全(内容审核、处理举报、防止滥用)。
• 向非会员展示广告。

三、第三方服务

• 苹果 —— Game Center、内购(StoreKit)、推送(APNs)。
• Google AdMob —— 提供广告,可能收集设备标识用于投放与效果衡量,详见 Google 政策。
• 阿里云 —— 你提交的昵称/文本会发送至阿里云内容安全进行违规检测;你画的图片存储于阿里云 OSS。

四、广告

本应用通过 Google AdMob 向非会员展示广告,包括横幅、插页与激励视频广告。会员不展示广告。广告标识的使用取决于你设备的跟踪设置,你可在 iOS 设置中限制广告跟踪。

五、未成年人

本应用不面向低于当地法律规定年龄的儿童(例如美国为 13 岁)。我们不会在知情情况下收集此类儿童的个人信息。如你认为有儿童向我们提供了信息,请联系我们,我们将予以删除。

六、数据保留与删除

你可在设置中删除账号。删除账号将移除你的账号及你画的鱼;鱼丸与画作删除后无法找回。会员可通过"恢复购买"找回(与你的 Apple ID 绑定)。出于安全、反欺诈或法律合规需要,部分记录可能会被保留。

七、你的选择

• 在应用设置或 iOS 设置中开启/关闭通知。
• 在应用设置中删除账号。
• 在 iOS 设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 跟踪 中限制广告跟踪。

八、变更

我们可能会不时更新本政策,"最近更新"日期反映最新版本。
